Everyone has toxic relationships. Sometimes it's your partner, but sometimes YOU can be the toxic one. We're not here to point fingers at anyone but here are some warning signs to look out for:

2. Repetition but no evolution
3. Everybody else around you says it’s not good for you
4. Your intuition tells you something is off
If any of the above sound familiar, it's time to take an honest look at yourself, and your relationship and get to a counselor as soon as possible. It's likely not too late to get out of these negative patterns and refocus your relationship into something healthy and beneficial for all involved.
